Vitamin C

Nearly all mammals, reptiles and amphibians synthesise their own vitamin C.  Goats for example, are noted to produce as much as 100 grams of vitamin C daily when faced with infections or toxins. What about humans? Due to an apparent genetic defect, we do not have the ability to synthesize any vitamin C whatsoever. Vitamin C is said to be most important molecule in the body after water.  It is responsible for all wound healing and the formation of collagen - the most important protein of connective tissue.  It acts as a delivery mechanism for carrying electrical energy into the cell, and is the strongest known antioxidant.  There is no known toxin that can survive in the presence of enough vitamin C.   The three types...

Juice-Fast Dietary Reset

The human body is a phenomenal, self-healing machine.  Its one-hundred trillion cells perform billions of physiological functions each second without our awareness.  The inner workings of cells are insanely complex and inexplicably well orchestrated.  Luckily, according to the world's most effective healers, it is not necessary to go down the rabbit hole of dissecting nature to achieve good health - we just have to stop interfering with its divine design.  "If we were meant to understand how it all works, microscopes would grow on trees." - Dr. John R. Christopher   The most common way we interfere with the body’s intended functioning is through our eating habits.  Everyone knows that eating clean and not overeating is beneficial, yet dieting has proven to be ineffective in the long run....

Alkalinity and Acidity

What constitutes the Universe? It is the interplay between opposites: yin and yang, male and female, hard and soft, creation and destruction, Heaven and Earth, light and darkness, cold and warmth, good and evil, alkalinity and acidity. The polar nature of our universe calls for balance, so it is not surprising that the pH of healthy blood measures at around 7.3 on the 1 to 14 pH scale. That's right about middle.  Even the slightest deviation from this narrow range stops normal cell functioning.  A single integer above or below this balance causes immediate death. Your body continually strives to maintain this delicate balance.  It will do so in remarkable ways and you can either help it or hinder it. You help it...

Self-healing body

The body is a miraculous contraption that will likely never be fully understood by science because it is as vast as the universe itself. A hundred trillion cells performing trillions of physiological functions per second working in unison to keep us alive is beyond scientific understanding.  Just take a look at this animation of how the body heals a wound. When was the last time you supervised one of these processes?  Do you need to know how it works in order for it take place?  No.  All you need to do is not interfere and support it through common sense, which unfortunately isn't all that common these days, as evident by most people's health-impairing lifestyles.  As the late, great Dr. Christopher used to say, "If man was...
